All customers are welcome to lay-by. A 20% non refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 6 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 20% deposit is not refundable.

If the machine is malfunction within 7 days of delivery, please advised us immediately, we can provide a replacement, upgrade or refund depend on situations.
We offer 1 year return to base warranty on all our brand new computer systems and computer parts. For Ex-lease and Refurbished products might very above terms, we will specify in the description.
If there is any hardware fault, please contact us for RMA procedure. Any software issue i.e. operating system crash, viruses ,any physical damage and any liquid damage is not covered by warranty.
If your machine is out side of warranty pariod, don’t panic we can also fix it at a super discounted rate.
If any goods has been damaged or lost in transit please advised us immediately.
We use Courierpost and Parcel Express courier services, once shipped we will supply the tracking number for your purchase, normally it takes one working day for north island and 2 working days for south island, rural delivery would take up to 5 working days. If you have not received your shipment within 10 working days or you have any concern about the shipment you have received please inform us immediately.
